Job Description:
Aqualine Manufacturing Corp. has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. We are looking for a responsible and well-organized individual to perform a variety of administrative and customer service tasks Full-time (40 hours) at our Decatur, TX facility. This position will provide customer service, and office support to our customers and sales representatives. There will be many tasks including order entry, inventory management, answering phones, and database management, among others. The employee will be required to exercise tact and discretion when dealing with customers and processing documents.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Order entry
• Addressing all customer inquiries via telephone and email
• Maintain and set a high level of professional customer service excellence
• Organize and update files
• Sales, quotations, follow-up, and support

Successful candidate will possess the following traits and/or skills:

• Thrive in a sales and operations support environment
• Be flexible, highly organized, and able to work independently and in a small team environment
• Instinctively address all customer questions and concerns promptly with business savvy (and make decisions that are in the best interest of the customer and Aqualine)
• Effectively complete detailed operations/clerical tasks critical to our business
• Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possess strong computer skills and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Maintain a positive and energetic attitude
• Have strong ability to multitask and prioritize projects
• Possess strong work ethic
